How do I cancel my trip if I have cancellation protection?

Cancellation protection only applies together with our own medical certificate or that of one of our partners (Solid, XCover, Manulife), completed by a doctor. The certificate must have the doctor's name, contact telephone number and stamp. Follow the instructions on the medical certificate.

Please note that your cancellation must be made at least two hours before the outward journey begins. You can cancel by email or telephone. If you do not cancel at least two hours before departure, you will not receive any refund. If you wish to cancel outside of our telephone times, please contact the airline directly.
