I want to give feedback about my trip once I have returned home, how should I do this?

If you want to complain about the organisation of the flight itself you should contact the airline directly. This includes issues such as timetable changes, delays or other reasons. We only provide tickets and have no liability for actually organising the trip.


If you want to complain about the way we sold you the flight you should use the complaint form that is included in our travel terms and conditions and complete it. If you are requesting compensation for additional costs, please remember to enclose the original receipts which show clearly what additional costs you had.
