When I booked my trip I did not receive my receipt by email, what should I do?

Your booking confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you gave at the time of booking. If you have not received your booking confirmation, it is possible that you gave an incorrect email address. Some e-mail servers may also classify these types of e-mails as spam. Check that the e-mail has not been moved to your spam folder.

You can always contact us and we will send you a new booking confirmation. Please note that it is very important that you provide the correct e-mail address because we use this to give you notice of any changes to the timetable or other changes to your reservation.
